55We had a blast! Thanks Tri!
55Great enclosed area. A couple of wild cats and scatter but overall good space. There was lots of toys, water bowl and waters when we arrived which was very much appreciated.
25It’s a nice little area, but there seems to be foxtails growing everywhere which aren’t good for dogs. I wasn’t completely sure that it was foxtails, but we couldn’t stay to be safe.
55Great visit, the host left water and a bowl for the pups. Clean and easy to find!
55My doggie and I spent a lovely hour in tri’s backyard. Mimi ran around, had some zoomies, rolled in the grass and did lots of sniffing. I got to sit in the shade of a beautiful tree in a comfy couch. Tri left out a bottle of water and a dog bowl. We had a very nice time!
35Spot is okay if there is nothing else around. There always seems to be food left out every time we go. This time, my dog found a spring roll in a bush. This was alarming as he’s on a strict elimination diet.
55Lot of room for your dog to run around and play, theres also some shade if it gets hot.
55Nice big lawn to romp on - and a dedicated area if your dog is a digger! Pristine and appreciated the provision of sanitized dog bowls, poop bags, and hand sanitizer.
25Although the spot boasts ample space, its upkeep leaves much to be desired. Prior to releasing the dog, I consistently survey sniffspots. Unfortunately, I found excrement scattered across the yard, which I suspect isn't from dogs. Additionally, there are spoiled food containers strewn about. Regrettably, I cannot endorse this location to clients. With proper maintenance, however, its potential could be considerable.
45Nicely sized and effectively fenced backyard. Tri left some balls out for the dogs to play with, which I appreciated!

Private 2 Acre Forest Swimming Hole In Rural Woodside (Update: 7 stairs added)

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around if you see a waterfall downstream or a house in the distance. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!
