55This was my first SniffSpot experience. I was very impressed with this location. Easy to get to. Great communication. Great hourly pricing. They put so much thought into making the experience fun. The supply hut was stocked with everything one may have forgot. I did both on leash and off leash in the field/woods. If your dogs are not good with recall, don't let them off leash. But the trails are fun to walk. Very very muddy on this heavy rainy day. But that didn't stop the boys from loving their romp. I did spend a little time in the agility park to play ball. Very secure area. I'm sure this place is amazing in the summer. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Dragonfly! See you again soon. Sri and the 2 Hairy Hooligans.
55A great area, my dog loved the little pond, and running zoomies up and down the trails!
55Our dogs had to much fun! Especially my foster dog Blaze🥰
55Great spot for our pups to chase balls and sticks and then walk through all the trails. it can get muddy when super wet but the dogs loved it. can't wait to come back again and explore more trails.
55Lots of good trails
55What a great sniff spot! My dog loved running the trails, chasing birds and sniffing all the smells. The agility field is fantastic and I love that you provide a covered area with all the fun activities and cool things to look at.
55Love this Sniffspot. A great little space with lots of agility equipment and toys to choose from! Really great space!
55My dogs and I were traveling up from Oregon and still had a little ways to go so I decided this spot looked like a fun one to break up the drive a bit and stretch their legs. Linda was so kind and communicative, and my dogs had a great time in the agility/fenced space and equally so through the wooded trails. This was our first out of state Sniffspot visit and it was a great one. Thank you Linda!
55Great spot and easy getaway from Seattle! The entire spot is so thoughtfully planned. While we don’t have kids, I can see the appeal for families with kids and dogs! There’s a trailer with all kinds of balls, a stick library and TOWELS. I was prepared for a lot but not for my dog to stand in the creek for 10 minutes at a time thinking it’s summer!
55What a fun spot! Our dogs loved the big fields to run in, the trails through the woods, and of course—the agility equipment! Linda has set everything up so nicely. We’ll be back.

We have two cats, one dog and chickens, the coop can be seen when parking only. Our Honey Bee apiary is currently empty. We share a fence line with a neighboring farm. They have dogs, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks and cows. We have left foliage barriers around the shared fence lines to help minimize any disruption to the animals.

We are open year round to capture all the amazing sensory experiences each seasons has to offer. It has a fully fenced (5’ tall) equipped agility course with a splash pad and kiddy pool available during spring and summer. Additionally, there are two partially fenced pastures (sloped), woodland, mini forest, shallow creek and Ninja course just waiting to be explored. The property has lots of little surprises to be discovered. Many amenities to make your experience as carefree as possible. Feel free to bring a picnic, there are a number of peaceful places to rest and relax while your children and fur baby gets exercise, free play and plenty of Sniff Spot opportunities to wear them out!

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Tripping hazards in pasture, woodlands and forest (rocks, vines, branches, uneven surfaces). It is the great outdoors in its natural beauty. Walking paths have been cleared. I suggest wearing closed toe comfortable shoes. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water

We purchased this property in 2017, naming it Dragonfly Farms in loving memory of my mom. It took years to rehab the house and property, turning it into a small family focused hobby farm. My fondest memories are of a carefree childhood on a small farm. My siblings and I would head out to play first thing in the morning and not return until the dinner bell rang. We ate from the fruit trees and garden. We drank from the garden hose. We climbed trees, built forts, designed playgrounds in nature, explored the woods, splashed in creeks, played with our pets and used our imaginations to be whoever we wanted to be. I always felt safe and loved the creative freedom our parents cultivated in us. I want my children, grandchildren, family and friends to have the same opportunities I had as a child. Hence, Dragonfly Farm was developed. It is important to me that we provide a safe space for generations of carefree childhood memories to be made. Dragonfly Farm officially opened our “Private family and dog friendly park” in August 2024. Note: There are two Dragonfly Farms in Snohomish, we are NOT the one raising mini pigs and rabbits. However, that would be an adventure for another day!

Hike up the mini forest

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, check out Sniffpass. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you have older dog/s and would like to drive below the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins. Sniffspot is unavailable if Cabins are booked or vice versa. Booking is through Hipcamp (www.hipcamp.com). Name of listing: 'Grace E.'s Mini Forest Cabins'. But I would unblock the hours for Sniffspot use if that day isn't booked for Hipcamp, so please try to check back, who knows that day might be available! Anyway, hope you too will enjoy your little 'hike up the mini forest..'

Woodland Tranquility Pathways - find solitude!

Off-grid Sniffspot location in rural Snohomish Washington! You will have the entire 5-acre property to yourself to enjoy! This part of our property is only used for Sniffspot guests. Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors... ‘chatty hosts/property owners’😉). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat, a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power or running water) with it’s own private entrance. Two grassy sloping yard areas with “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill. Secluded, native woodland with mowed grass. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens. During your visit, feel free to pick blueberries, wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse could happen before we can arrange for it to be replaced.
