Description

Literally 5 minutes from the Iroquois County Fairgrounds off Rt. 49/52 North of Crescent City. Gas stations/hotel within minutes. Only 2 miles off a major Illinois highway, just enough to take a break, get back to it. 15 minutes West Rt. 57 Exit 283 Gilman. 17 minutes South Rt. 57 Exit 308 Kankakee. 60 minutes North Rt. 57 Exit 240 Champaign Rural setting with a great view and a spot to park for rest. Call 815-546-9959 for info. Photographers use the property for photos so could be a great place for pictures as well. Crouse Canine is a dog trainer in 5 states and 60+ cities doing in-home training. 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park in Champaign - make sure to type the address in exactly Important information: 1. The gate has a small gap from the bottom, so a smaller dog could get out. Working on fixing the issue. There is a long, folding fence you can use to cover the gap if needed. 2. There is a long hose closer to the house that can be used to fill the baby pool and water bowls. It's long enough to drag over and use as needed! Just pull all the way up on the pipe handle to start the flow of water. 3. Dog treats replaced daily as needed - help yourself! 4. There is a bin of toys to use as desired. Please put them back once finished. 5. Blue tooth speaker and hand sanitizer on table to use as desired. 6. Poop bags hanging near gate. Please pick up after your pup and throw in the provided bin! 7. You can park in the grass right inside the coded gate closet to the pasture. The gate to the Sniffspot is red and will be open for you to be able to spot it easier!
