12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Blue's Backyard Playland is perfect for zoomies or casual wandering. Lots to sniff, explore and play with. I tried to think about what my pup, Blue, and I like and need in a dogpark. But remember, this is YOUR dogpark - relax and have fun!🐾

Half acre fenced in with gazebo chairs table. Filled kiddie pool on request.. it’s pretty private and serene. There is a playground, set, sandbox, swing in the tree and plenty of toys. Porch swing is under deck water bowls are by the hose. Feel free to fill them up if they are empty. We also on occasion dog sit. We have 3 dogs we watch for vacations and 1 day a week. We are open to the right situation, right dog.

Hello and welcome! I have a fully fenced backyard that I would love to share with pups who need some exercise! There is a deck where you can have a full view of the backyard, several chairs and two tables for sitting, and you are welcome to use the doggie toys we have in the yard! This is my own house and I bought it for the yard in hoping I’d have a dog someday, but with how busy I’m working, I decided to have cats instead. My backyard is fully fenced and I haven’t done anything special to it yet where I wouldn’t mind a dog running around enjoying itself if they have no spots nearby to run around freely at. You can use the garage for the outlets to plug anything in, and help yourself to any chairs.
