Description

-Fully gated yard. -A 20x12 covered patio with light, seating, heat lamps, and fan. -Grass and cement area. -Stream Netflix or other apps on the outdoor 65" TV. -You are welcome to bring your wine or whatever for your relaxation. No synthetic drugs (should go without saying). But yes, 420 friendly for adults. -There is a 13' swim spa on the property (seats 11) (has a resistance swim jet). You and your dog(s) are welcome in it. It's usually heated between 80 to 99 degrees or higher in the winter. Bring towels if you plan to use the swim spa. -There is a charcoal BBQ pit, propane griddle, wood burning Pizza oven, and a 62 quart propane crab boil pot. A water hose type sink. Please clean all if using outdoor kitchen. -Dog pawty rules: Please clean up after your guests and animals before you leave. Decorating should not destroy my property, meaning nails or tape that leaves sticky. Keep noise level respectable to my neighbors. Any hired DJ should keep the music at a medium level. -- Note: There is no discount for additional dogs. My Sniff Spot is for Dog parties. Up to 25 adults. Up to 12 dogs. The price is per hour for your party venue.

I wouldn't say "Hazzards". But watch your steps. - Railed outdoor basement stairs. - BBQ bar. If using, it's hot. - Ground Firepit near 65 inch TV. - Small step up to Swim Spa - 1 Step into the house

It's a Dog Pawty Sniff Spot. Dogs are welcome in the spa. Temperature ranges. BBQ pit, griddle, etc. can be used, but please clean after. Please keep the pawty maximum to 25 humans and 12 dogs. Clean decorations and yard afterward.

Steven's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Westchester

Our backyard is a spacious, dog-friendly area with a large grassy and outdoor space for pets to play and for owners to sit and relax. There is a tub with toys and dog bowls, as well as access to a hose and water. It is an ideal area for dog owners who want a safe, open environment while enjoying the outdoors.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
