We are a 100% foster based, volunteer run, all breed rescue. Our mission is to provide a stepping stone to the most at-risk pups via a strong foster based network and training support to our fosters, adopters, and community. While we can't adopt ourselves out of our current crisis, we can provide a pawsitive impact to those pups in our care and bridge the training gap in our community.
We are a science based, force free rescue, founded by certified dog trainers, with a mission to educate our community on dog behavior and canine learning. We regularly team up with certified trainers and behaviorists, vets, and vet behaviorists to ensure every canine in our care is set up for success.

Adoption Policy
We require 3 personal references, a vet reference, and a home check and meet and greet for each of our adoptions. Our adoption fee includes age appropriate shots, spay/neuter, wellness check, and microchip. Our adoption contract requires a training course with a force free trainer, and for no punitive tools to be used for the life of the dog. We always take our dogs back if a pup needs to be returned to the rescue no matter the age, etc.

Testimonials
See all testimonials"My husband and I had been talking about getting another dog for a while now. We lost our last to the Rainbow Bridge just over two years ago (at age 17). We have a personal connection to one of the staffers at 4 All Mutt Kind and she sent us suggestions about dogs that might suit us. We picked Levi, a Patterdale Terrier, age about 2 years. He immediately became family and we are so happy with him. The process to adopt was very straight-forward and we would highly recommend contacting 4 All Mutt Kind if you are in the Northwest and looking for that special family member. They are sure to match you with just the right pet."

"I applied to be a foster to a special pup that was having issues with men. Since I am a single female it was a perfect fit. Before Venus was brought to my house I had training to go through. I was impressed with the training the had be go thru they answered all questions. The staff that run 4 All Mutt Kind are very knowledgeable the handling of dogs and puppies. They are very thorough in vetting foster as well as adoptees. They make sure the pup is going to a forever home are a creditable foster. They continue to care for the life of the dog. "Having volunteered in animal rescue previously and can confidently say that I never had the pleasure of knowing a group more dedicated to the welfare and placement of the dogs that they rescue. I came across 4allmuttkind when I was finally ready to adopt a little one of my own. I am so blessed to have stumbled upon them and to have adopted the funniest and smartest furry son from their rescue. 10/10, would adopt from them again."

"We love 4 All Muttkind. The Volunteers are kind and loving. They provide trainings, events and the dogs are fully vetted . We adopted 2 girls and plan for 2 more. There is an alumni group that we can post our pictures, keep up with siblings and parents. I prefer their services over the humane society or the local dog pound."

"Having worked with three different rescues in our time fostering, I can say that 4AllMuttkind has gone above and beyond to support us as their fosters and the pups we are helping adjust to life out of a traumatic background. Providing training classes and support is crucial and they are the most committed we have seen to ensuring their dogs are set up for the best future. They also provide training classes free for the community to help those that can’t afford it to work with their dogs to try to prevent surrenders due to behavioral issues. This rescue is also committed to taking back any dog at any time for any reason, which is something so rare to see."

David Adams is a man of many passions, but his love for dogs stands above all. He is not only a dog lover, but also the founder of an innovative platform called Sniffspot. This unique platform connects dog owners with private property owners who are willing to rent out their space for off-leash playtime. While the idea of Sniffspot was initially conceived by his wife, Rebecca, David has been the driving force behind its remarkable success, tirelessly overseeing its growth and development.
David's dedication to providing safe and enjoyable spaces for dogs to play, explore, and socialize is evident in his unwavering commitment to Sniffspot. He strongly believes that dogs need ample space and opportunities to stretch their legs and have fun. As a result, he has worked tirelessly to build a network of private property owners across the country who share his vision and are willing to offer their space for the benefit of dogs and their owners.
Despite his busy schedule, David always finds time to indulge in his passion for the great outdoors.
