At White Rose Sanctuary, every dog is given a chance to change lives. Just like the one dog that helped a girl survive a dark past, another dog gave her the strength to keep going, and yet another saved her life and gave her purpose. We believe that every dog deserves that chance, regardless of their background. Our sanctuary is built on the principle of “no animal left behind,” where we value every life equally. From ex-fight ring survivors to abused and neglected souls, from pit bulls to golden retrievers and chihuahuas, we take the time to help these animals heal, both physically and mentally. Whether it takes weeks or years, we ensure that they find love and care in a home-like setting, not a kennel. We invest our time and money, freely giving our most precious commodities, to shower these animals with the love, patience, and family they deserve. Once an animal enters our sanctuary, they become part of “The Pack” for life, even after they find their forever homes. At White Rose Sanctuary, we are more than just a nonprofit 501c3 organization; we are a family, a home. Founded by a woman with a dream, who was saved by her soul dog from abuse and addiction, we strive to “be the person your dog thinks you are.” We welcome everyone, especially those with disabilities, as our founder herself battles Multiple Sclerosis. Our goal is to provide hope, love, and growth to both animals and people alike. Join our compassionate family at White Rose Sanctuary and witness the transformative power of love.

Adopting Cost
The cost of adopting a dog from a rescue can vary depending on several factors, including the rescue organization's policies, the dog's age, breed, and medical history. Adoption fees often encompass various expenses such as spaying or neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and sometimes even basic training or behavior assessments. While adoption fees range, they generally fall within a few hundred dollars. It's essential to view the adoption fee as an investment in your new companion's well-being, as these fees contribute to the dog's health, care, and the rescue's ongoing mission to help more animals in need. Ultimately, the cost of adopting a dog from a rescue is a small price to pay for the immeasurable love, loyalty, and joy your new furry friend will bring to your life.

Get your dog the safe enrichment they need by renting a Sniffspot

David Adams is a man of many passions, but his love for dogs stands above all. He is not only a dog lover, but also the founder of an innovative platform called Sniffspot. This unique platform connects dog owners with private property owners who are willing to rent out their space for off-leash playtime. While the idea of Sniffspot was initially conceived by his wife, Rebecca, David has been the driving force behind its remarkable success, tirelessly overseeing its growth and development.
David's dedication to providing safe and enjoyable spaces for dogs to play, explore, and socialize is evident in his unwavering commitment to Sniffspot. He strongly believes that dogs need ample space and opportunities to stretch their legs and have fun. As a result, he has worked tirelessly to build a network of private property owners across the country who share his vision and are willing to offer their space for the benefit of dogs and their owners.
Despite his busy schedule, David always finds time to indulge in his passion for the great outdoors. He loves nothing more than exploring new hiking trails and embarking on thrilling outdoor adventures. Whenever he is not working on Sniffspot, he can often be found hiking or visiting multi-acre fenced sniffspots with his two beloved dogs, Soba and Toshii. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys the fresh air, breathtaking scenery, and the sense of freedom that comes with being in nature.
David is based in Salem, MA.
