I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

We live on a dead end street with a plenty of street parking available. There is a private gate for you to enter on the right hand side of the house. The entire back yard is fenced in and secluded. You may even see a deer in the wooded lot next to us. There is a water hose to provide drinking water & bowls. Trash cans to dispose of waste. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available.
