Hello! I just moved to the High Desert and I'm not using my backyard area as it's very cold outside and I have no use for it so I've decided to try renting out the space for dog owners. It's a pretty large backyard and the sq ft I put below is purely an estimate of the size.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( 1st dog is free. After that every other dog is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

It's my back yard my dogs love playing with other dogs but they are elderly dogs they are not neutered because of thier age. My dogs can be put inside if makes you more comfortable

WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area. Pool Extra: If and / or your pups would like to use the pool, please see the pool extras. The pool is a chlorine pool. The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you! Water bowl for dogs, ice chest with bottled water for humans, poop scooper and waste container. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. 🌼 Welcome to The Doggy Zen Garden! 🌼 Our backyard is perfect for your pups' oasis getaway! There is ample, non-permitted parking alongside the house. There is street sweeping every 2nd and 4th Wednesday between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Follow the trail and enter through the white gate on the right side of the house. Enjoy the immaculate, beautiful landscape in the backyard as your pups, big or small, play on the grass, completely fenced and safe, with lots of spots to sniff and explore. Relax under a shaded wood patio cover with a built-in fan and listen to the calming sounds of the water fountains. There is a poop bag dispenser mounted against the wall in case you run out or forget to bring your own. Also, we have hand sanitizer available. We have trash cans right around the corner for you to dispose of any waste. We have an outdoor water bowl in case your pups get thirsty and a garden hose to replenish the bowl. Feel free to use the outdoor table, umbrella canopy, and lounge chair for your leisure. We provide WIFI! Please let us know in advance if you need to use it. Return outdoor furniture to its original place with the covers on. Towards the evening, you can sit around and enjoy the built-in fire pit. There is an electrical outlet on the side of the fire pit. Please let us know in advance if you decide to use this specific feature. We may or may not be home on the weekends. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! There is no greater joy than swimming with your pup❤️ This has been true in my life and I hope that you experience joy, happiness and lots of fun bonding with your amazing dogs. We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup and partake in the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. Thank you for visiting our spot!

**UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. (See last picture) Stay tuned, though!! Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested!
