MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility.

It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
