Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Enjoy beaver, heron, bald eagle sightings….pack a picnic and relax w your furry best friend by the side of Wappingers Creek in the hamlet of salt point. Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. If there’s anything we can do or add to make your time here more enjoyable, just let us know. Woof woof! 🐾 🦴 🐶

Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

5000 square-foot fully fenced private yard. Behind the yard just a few steps away are public hiking trails and a river one block away. This dog run comes fully equipped with seesaw board , running water with doggy pool. Surrounded by grass trees in nature wide open space to play fetch. Balls and dog toys also available. Poop bags and trashcan available. I am a Dog Trainer by profession and offer a FREE Behavior evaluation with every booking.

Large fully fenced in yard with some Adirondack chairs you can sit in. We also have a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade. Lots of room to run and play ball with your dog. The backyard gets almost full sun midday and full shade in the morning and late afternoon. If it’s a hot day we recommend booking early or later in the day. We put out a fan on the table for hot days, and an ice water pitcher for the humans. We also can give ice water in the dog bowl for hot sunny days. A kiddie pool is also available if the weather is warm enough and your pup enjoys water. Bring your own towel! The two balls that are placed out are washed with soap after each doggo visit.

Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

Please read this information carefully prior to booking. Please send a message to me confirming you’ve read and agreed to everything in this description prior to booking. When you book, we will ask for your full name and contact information in case of any incidents. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are unwilling to provide this information. There are dogs and cats in the home. They will not be out during your reserved time. They may be audible or visible though through windows. Do not book if you have an unsocialized dog that cannot be around strangers. We have people visiting the property regularly and cannot plan around your visit. No one will bother you but we want to be transparent that you’re not visiting some isolated area with no activity. Do not allow your dog off-leash outside of the fenced-in area. There are cameras all over the property. Please be advised that you consent to being video recorded if you enter the property. You must park on the street. No parking in our driveway. Please make requests for Dog bowls or towels or treats (or anything else) prior to your booking and we will try to accommodate your requests. The spot is not scooped or cleaned by the owners. If you arrive and there is poop, scoop it if you do not want yourself or your dog to step in poop. Scoop up your own dog’s poop prior to leaving as well. We will not tolerate reviews about cleanliness of the spot as we are being very clear beforehand that the owners do not go out and scoop the spot for visitors. The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and there are two gates. The fence is well-secured and has been visited and enjoyed by hundreds of dogs over the years. No dog has ever escaped and the area is really fun for throwing a ball around or training your pet. We appreciate you reading this information and hope to host you soon.
