Any breed excepted. You can bring and leave any equipment / inside shed storage available at small extra cost. Available anytime day or night and you do not need prior permission to enter property. Very easy to work with. 4 house down from a veterinarian office! Kids welcome to play on swing and trampoline (at their/your own risk) also! Easy access from 896/95/Middletown/Newark! Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!

It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

1/4 acre of fenced in backyard. Now lit at night for the soon to be early nights. Includes a lovely seating area for humans and plenty of space for dogs to play. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. Welcome to Phi’s Fetch & Fun Retreat! Our fenced-in space, just over a quarter acre, is perfect for pups who love a mix of open space for running and cozy spots for relaxing. What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. The yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot fence around the back yard area (separating from the neighbors) and a 3 foot fence on the areas facing the street. Dogs with crazy jumping ability will probably be able to get over the 3 foot section. There is ample street parking right in front of my house and a walkway up to the gate.
