Five acres of open grassy area of an 11 acre hobbyfarm. Mostly mowed to lawn but about an acre is taller for hay that can be explored. Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
