I can help you book based on your needs. Call me prior to booking if need this assistance. I want to ensure you a savings. It’s a pasture picnic area. Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. Kid Pool is seasonal. Fall landscape and yellowish grass. Dirt digging area. If you want to book after sun goes down, please message me so I can open the calendar and confirm. Fire stove available if needed. FYI: Steel Benders Grille has outside heated sitting and dog friendly & only 3 minutes away. Walk doggies on the trail there or drive. Your choice. Please have dogs on leash until entering the red gate into your area & back to vehicle. If you go visit the farm on the other side of the barn area, please have dogs leashed and view from outside the fence area. The alpacas are scared of dogs. Thank you.

Half of the yard is sand and the other half is small gravel bits. If you're dogs dig, it's no big deal. Let dogs plays, big or small, while humans can relax on the bench in front of the front door. I can also supply a foldable chair. There is a bowl with fresh drinking water. Hand sanitizer will be provided. There are several dog toys in the yard with a big tough red ball for any hard-core chewers. Pooper scooper is hanging in the yard with trash bin located on the north side of the driveway. I will update once I get more items to add to you and your dogs comfort. Enjoy your time in a quiet neighborhood.

This was a great sniffspot! Everything was as described and the owner was responsive and helpful. It was just the right size for our German Shorthaired Pointer. Even though sniffspot didn’t even notify the owner that we we had reserved her listing, the backyard was still clean and ready for us. It was the perfect afternoon for our dog, and we plan on coming back again!

This backyard was wonderful for our dog! Kristen had poop bags available and Luca loved the sprinkler! Our dog is not a swimmer so we did not go in the pool. We brought a tennis ball and just ran around for the hour. He was happy to sniff, play fetch, and lay on the patio in the shade. We brought our own water and bowl. It was a perfect morning for him!

This is a quiet space. My dogs don’t swim but we enjoyed using the length of the back wall to play fetch. I didn’t bring a water bowl but borrowed a Home Depot bucket for the girls.

Kristen’s neighborhood & backyard is beautiful! My dog is half fish & didn’t get out of the pool once. My other dog isn’t a swimmer but enjoyed playing fetch on the clean turf. The only issue was her dogs were barking at the glass slider door which wasn’t great for my reactive female. Otherwise perfect 👌🏻

We had a great time in Kristin’s backyard. It was super clean, and then we have the availability of a hose and sprinkler. There’s also a Pool but my giant Doberman isn’t interested in swimming instead, we played facts for a long time and then he relaxed in the shade in between there is no dog water bowl, so bring your own or I just filled up the bucket that I saw in the backyard, and there are pooper scooper bags available

I recently had the pleasure of booking a SniffSpot with a pool for my furry friend, and it was an absolute delight. Upon arriving at the SniffSpot, I was blown away by the beautiful setting. The property was surrounded by lush trees and foliage, and the pool area was clean and inviting. My dog, who absolutely loves swimming, had the time of her life splashing around in the pool. She also enjoyed exploring the rest of the SniffSpot, which was quite spacious and offered plenty of shade and grassy areas for her to roam around and get all the good sniffs.
