Welcome to Crossing Creeks Farm, where we are passionate about producing great food for our family's table and yours! Our love for dogs and hosting has lead us to build and open a private dog park right here on our farm. We encourage you to check out our website at www.crossingcreeks.com to learn more about what all we have to offer. Our dog park is just over 1/3 acre and fully fenced for safe off-leash fun! And we've partnered with Wondercide to also provide a safe area with natural treatment for fleas and ticks. Our park includes leash hooks, automatic dog waterer, agility equipment, waste bags, trash can, hand sanitizer, shaded seating area, dog dig pit, and gumball treat dispenser (be sure to bring a quarter or two!). And included with your spot, is the use of our self-serve dog wash. Wondercide has provided their amazing shampoos and flea & tick sprays for your pup(s) to go home feeling fresh and clean. Our on-site Farm Store offers a variety of goodies for both human and four-legged friends. And feel free to enjoy a walk on our walking trails through our woods and creeks. Please keep a leash on your pet(s) while not in the dog park. Shane and I and our two boys, Noah and Caleb live here on the farm, as well as my parents, Reid and Susan. Feel free to ask any of us any questions you may have while on the farm. And shoot us a message if you have any questions before coming out. Some of the other residents of the farm are our chickens, ducks, turkeys, cattle, pigs, and horses-all fully contained in their own fences. We offer horseback riding lessons here as well and host traveling guests through our on-site RV sites and campsite. If you'd like to enjoy a campfire during your visit, add a firewood bundle to your reservation and we'll have everything setup in the park upon your arrival-you just pack the s'mores! Hello and Welcome to our Playground!! I’m Ginny, we hope that you enjoy your time here. There are 2 water bowls & a hose pipe to refill them if needed. I have 6 foot wooden privacy fence that’s secure. Feel free to play with the balls in the yard or bring your own toys. Please pick up after your dog(s) there’s a trash can under the carport. There’s a table and 2 chairs for you to use if you wish. There are cameras on my property, please be respectful of my space. I’m home most of the time and can meet with you if you wish. I do have 2 dogs of my own that are in a kennel within the house. This is a quiet area with a few squirrels, people walking their dogs & just taking walks themselves. Feel free to ask me anything. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. Other trails are narrow and twist through the unendingly interesting woods. All trails have names and are identified with signs and posted maps. The woods trails are also marked with flags and ribbons to help you stay on track. The terrain varies from flat and open to hilly and wooded. An idyllic setting offers 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities like playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend consider walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. 7Acres Challenge: See if you can find the hidden steps! A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit if you need to rinse you or your pet. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use along with a water bowl. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! We have a 1 acre fully fenced large yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Lots of room to play fetch and enjoy outdoor time with your furry friend. We have water and hose access for dogs. During the Spring and Summer we have a cooler with water for dog owners and a kiddie pool and splash pad for dogs to play in.

I have 5 acres of fields and wooded trails. I have dog friendly horses cats and chickens. They can all be put away securely if these are triggers for your dog(s). I do have 4 other dogs that will be kept indoors when spot is booked. No need to clean up after your dogs I will handle that for you. I also have toys upon request. And since I have some muddy areas in the woods. You can hose off your dog and towels are provided. Most of my property is fenced on the sides. But off leash your dog does need to have recall. There is a secure fenced area for people to work with dogs off leash.

We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.

Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

I have 1 acre on my property. The back is fully fenced (I have 3 dogs myself) the front yard is available as well, it is just not fenced in.

I have a huge backyard with plenty of room for your dog to run around, play fresby, or whatever thy enjoy.

We will be keeping her quiet and calm, as required for heartworm protocol, so that she will be healthy and ready for adoption in September! Our Spot will open again October 1, 2024! ******************** Welcome! Your fee is 100% donated to Critter Calvary Rescue of Williamson County, in memory of our dogs in my pictures, who have passed away of old age. We have 2 areas for your dog! Front yard with Iron Fence and human seating! Back yard with chain link fence and human seating - and a deck with seating! The back yard is mostly dirt and on a hill, with some ground leaves and grass. If you wish a flat yard with lush grass, we highly suggest booking a grass SniffSpot, Ashley's SniffSpot at https://www.sniffspot.com/listings/nashville-tn/ashley-s-private-nations-dog-park-53368 which is just a mile from our SniffSpot! We have taken this very seriously, and have landscaping pros inspecting each day to remove hazards. Our research found that the families in the 1950's would burn their trash in the back yard, so the shards have emerged in the dirt surrounding our older home. We are digging and removing these each week.

This is a gorgeous area that you can let your dog roam and play! Though the lot is fully fenced it’s fenced with cow fencing, so if your dog is going to be trying to escape it may not be the best spot for you. Though the fencing is a deterrent it will not keep in a determined dog! Here you can use the agility course and peaceful nature to enjoy all that Tennessee has to offer!

Beautiful, open, scenic field. Surrounded by nature, woods, and a creek. Pure happiness.

We created this environment for our rescue dogs and are happy to offer it to others who may benefit from its use.
