For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. It's nestled in the Colored District of Pflugerville. There's a Hispanic and African American cemetery you will pass to enter the property. The field's trees are along the edges so you can see your dog almost across the whole property. There's a 2 car carport and house on the property. Also there are a few trails the animals use along the fence which are seen when the grass gets higher. There is a firepit, parkours and the main attraction is the huge field. Dog walkers, reactive dogs and/or doggie dates are perfect for the spot. The smells, the sniffs and occasional chase of small animals will keep the dogs attention all in a safe controlled environment. I try to keep debris off the spot. I'm always fixing the fence. My main focus for the visitors is please pick up after your dog. There's plenty of bags and a huge green trashcan to put it in. I just added a swung which I'd next to some trees so yall can relax in the shade and not in the grass. There's a green trash can where the doggie poo goes. Attached to that are the poo bags in a clear plastic bag. Next to the green trash can is a rusty metal chair. In that chair are toys, tennis balls, doggie bowls and more. The water hose is on top of a 55 gallon Grey tank, which is close to the house. This tank is less than 8 feet away from the proper gate facing north, which is next to the outdoor water source. Now offering 30 minute time slots because of the heat. RVers are welcome.

Complete with a pergola, furniture to sit on and kick your feet up specidically for our pet parents to sit under and relax with a cold water or cup of hot chocolate on cold days, or connect to our wifi and get some work done(provided with your admission), outdoor games (cornhole, connect 4) and doggie toys. CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.
