Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. I think my dog will try to learn how to drive, just to come back here! A beautiful, peaceful, affordable Doggie Playland in the country, with amenities galore for both you and your dog! This was our first time at a SniffSpot and we loved it! This is a dog’s dream yard, and our dogs had so much fun. It’s completely fenced in and safe (no holes) and there were pools, chairs, multiple trash receptacles for dog waste, and so much space to explore and play. We’re already planning our next trip. What a beautiful property! Huge fenced in area with plenty of spots to play and explore. Bear especially loved jumping on the giant boulders and soaking in the kiddie pool. Many thoughtful touches like baskets filled with toys, clean water in the kiddie pools, bottled water and clean bowls to drink from, poop bags and trash cans throughout the play area, freshly cut grass and little paths to walk around. This was our first Sniffspot and we already booked our second visit!

We and more importantly our dogs LOVE this place more each time we go. This was my first time using Sniffspot and it did not disappoint! I went here with my two pups, and 5 year old son.. and my son loved it just as much as our dogs! Kiddie pools for a hot day, so many toys and tons of options for seating / places to sit and relax. Kids toys as well which was a huge bonus to keep my son entertained! I usually have to worry about my smaller dogs finding an open spot in fencing, and I did not need to worry at ALL here. Completely secure and safe. I realized I forgot their water back in my car, and they even had a couple of clean bowls and a jug of drinking water for them. Extra doggy bags and waste cans around as well. Anything you need, and a beautiful yard to explore and enjoy! They were sooo happy and will sleep good tonight 🥰 we will definitely be booking again!

Our dog had a grand time! He especially loved the Squishy Face toy! Buying one on Amazon today! When he first got there he checked the whole place out. He found it clean and dog friendly. The adults found it the same way. The yard is huge with plenty of things to explore, but if you don’t watch your dog closely, you may miss if he/she left a poop.😬. Highly recommend.
