Expect the space to be chilly in the winter.- but not rainy, wet, or muddy!!! Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.

Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

Lots of activities to do with your dog especially if they’re into agility and jumping. Bright and sunny location on a busier road but feels very private because of the hedges. There are horses in a neighbouring fence which is mostly covered with privacy screening. Depending on where you are in the yard, your pup may or may not see them.

This was our second visit and we loved the additions made to the space. Our pup had a great time on the agility equipment. The host has difficulty levels and instructions posted on some the equipment which I appreciated for knowledge and safety. The signage on the property is fantastic and it’s very clean. There is a hose with an on/off lever near the nozzle which was very practical to rinse off balls and add to water bowl. I also love how the host has left a large area of the space free of equipment so that we could throw a ball and run with her. There is also a great picnic table with an umbrella that allowed us to sit and chat at while our pup relaxed, sniffed and explored on her own. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood of Langley and super convenient for Township residents looking for a great private space to give their dog some exercise, stimulation and fresh air. The weather was perfect today and I was happy to be able to book last minute. We’ll be back!

Our visit here was great ! The parking was super clear and helpful! The area was clean, securely fenced, had toys, water, poop scooper and of course the agility equipment. I appreciate the fence being covered ,that is shared with the horses ,as it helps to prevent the barking. There is an area set up for kids to play and sitting area which I found to be super thoughtful We will definitely be visiting again !
