55A thoroughly great place!! The fenced-in pasture is a perfect place for dogs to be dogs. My 1-yr-old dog ran and ran and ran…exactly what I wanted him to be able to do. My big young dog had the time of his life running flat out chasing after the sheep but I finally captured him and let the owner move the sheep out. 55We had a blast! Lots of space to run and sniff with a secure fence. Luckily we didn’t have any issues with either dog trying to eat sheep poop but we did make sure to watch where we were stepping. Only one tip, next time we would make sure to bring our own water. Molly C.

55Wonderful as always. Some of their dogs came out of the house, but were under control in another part of the property. I actually liked that because we're always looking for safe opportunities to work on our dog's reactivity. This gave her a chance to see that she doesn't need to panic about other people and animals. FAQ about our Brewster dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
