Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Our Sniffspot is a safe, private place to exercise or train with your dog, or simply let them experience a new place and get a ton of good sniffing in!  The yard is fully fenced with 6' high solid wood panels. There are trees for shade, rocks and obstacles to climb on, toys to play with, and some agility equipment. We also plan to open up our short trail in the woods soon!  *NOTE: We have dogs of our own inside the house and sometimes boarding dogs in the business building. They won't be visible from the Sniffspot yard or outside at all while you're there, but occasionally they may bark and can be heard from in the yard. But we try our best to minimize any barking.  There is a buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of parasites. Please make sure your dog is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You must pick up your dog's waste – there is a scooper and trash can for disposal. Questions? We have 60 acres, fully fenced. There are walking trails, a spring fed pond, and a dock diving pool. There are port-potties at the entrance. Parts of the hiking area approaches the kennel areas (separated by fence) so we ask you to keep your dogs under voice control and in sight, away from kennel areas.

Our Sniffspot is part of the Mountainside Mutts training facility. We have a fully fenced-in yard for your pup's safety and various obstacles for your dog to enjoy. There are seating areas so you can relax and watch Fido play from the shade.

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Welcome to our little off grid farm in Grafton NH! We have 4 dogs who will be in the house during your visit... but that means all the smells. ;) We have goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, ducks! We require your dog to be on leash and handled by an adult once out of your vehicle for everyone's safety. Explore the farm, the brooks, the trails, the woods... we are happy to show you around!

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

Beautiful 1830s farmhouse on 2 acres of land. Come play with us! We have 2 dogs of our own, a beagle and golden retriever.

One spot has a nice clearing perfect for frisbee, doggie zooms and other games, lot also includes plenty of exploring. The 2nd lot has more of a light hike feel to it with a slight incline on heavy wooded lot area. Wonderful opportunity to allow dogs with good recall to be off-leash. Great exercise for you and your friend. For a small deposit we offer use of glow-jacket (up to lab size) frisbees, tennis balls. Free poop bags and water. Being in the animal rescue business for over 20 years we welcome your friend. *Please note, only dogs would good recall are allowed off leash. We do have 30-5-' leashes for those pups that don't recall.

Quiet 3 acres with private driveway for parking. Bordered by a lush treeline, your pup will enjoy the freedom of a large open field. About 20 minutes from Lebanon and Dartmouth. There's an option to clip your dog to a 85 ft tie out lead to for safety. Tall grass and muddy spots may be present, so proceed with caution. Private structures are off limits, however enjoy the secluded floating deck and stream just a short walk from behind the shed in the back. Water is free flowing and clean, but swim at your own risk. Explore the wooded area and experience a slice of peaceful New England!

New sniff spot with many plans in the works. We plan on providing fresh water at some time. Adding more level ground. Clearing more tall grass. Bring your dogs and some chairs. Have a campfire or cookout. Will be adding more level ground and clearing. There is a nice flat spot away from the road along the creek for ball tossing. And a nice flat upper level. Plenty of wood laying around for a campfire. We will be adding some fire rings soon. Please be patient as we make this an even better sniff spot. Filling and leveling more ground as we go.

Let your dog run wild and play on our hay meadows in Putnam Station NY. Spot is woman owned and operated, features seclusion and great visibility for a safe, rural experience (please see the map included in the listing). Wide open meadows are beautiful and convenient to NY 22 on a quiet country road. Easy, paved access from the Eastern shores Lake George NY, near Fort Ticonderoga, and the Western Shore of Lake Champlain. Dog owner DOES NOT need to clean up pet waste at our spot ;D Your pet's poo is a beneficial deterrent against crop damage and helps keep deer from hiding their fawns in the meadow. You should have leash, voice, or buzz collar control (we have collars available) to protect from escape into the wilderness or out onto the road. Please contact us a day in advance if you would like to borrow buzz collar system or GPS (so we can make sure everything is fully charged). Our town is VERY strict on DCO enforcement - no loose dogs on the road or neighboring properties EVER please, they would probably send you a ticket in the mail! :P If you anticipate having trouble with keeping your dog close upon entering/leaving the meadows please bring your car well within the steel gate to park before letting pooches out onto the meadows - there is a magnificent view toward the end of the access road and space to turn around in dry weather. Water features are available through streams and small ponds at various locations in the woods, also along the lake there are some ponds, for those who want a longer adventure. Pets may dig anywhere along the wooded edge of the meadows, please no digging in the grassland.

Fully fenced in, quiet back yard in West Keene. Easy and convenient location! Plenty of human seating, shaded or sunny. Available hose and bowls for pups to use for drinking! Random dog toys, balls, ropes, etc...for use as well! Also has a tree house, with stairs, which is always a fun spot for your pup to be able to look out over the back woods for possible intruders ;)! Deck is also open and is not off limits. We do have a year old pup, Maevis, who can join in, if requested. She loves all dogs and loves to play and show her yard off to her new friends!
