Welcome to our sniff spot here in Altoona! Our sniff spot offers a shaded patio with seats, a porch swing, a cooler for drinks, table and dog toys available! We have roughly 2,500sqft for your doggers to enjoy that is fully fenced! We do have a neighbor that has two of her own dogs that can be heard and sometimes visible, as well as three of our own dogs that could be heard, but not visible in our home. This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

We recently built our home on farm land that has been passed down throughout generations. The whole farm is 76 acres, we subdivided 5 acres off for our house and we planted a 1.6 acre yard. Our dogs and boys love to run our yard together and we hope you will enjoy it as well!

I know how difficult it was when I lived in my apartment to get my dogs out and running to exhaust some of their pent up energy. I loved when I saw this app and knew I could offer that space, away from other dogs like at the dog park for anyone to let their dogs run and have fun without the stress of being in a busy social environment. Welcome to our fenced yard where you can let your dogs run off leash and get some of their crazy energy out! *We do have a small chicken coop where you can see my flock. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

We have two small dogs, a Boston terrier, and a Yorky Shih Tzu mix. Dogs can play in our fully fenced in yard come out for a little bit come out for a day! Our yard has room for zoomies!

Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

We are currently getting some work done, fixing up the grass and flower beds, so please don't mind the little bit of mess! It's a great spot to play:)

mallard may only be 1.5 acres but it is a diverse 1.5 acres. about half the property is wooded, there's a stream, I have a small pond but it's overgrown right now. my yard is big and muddy so I probably won't even notice any extra dog poop unless I somehow get a lot of traffic which I doubt being in the middle of nowhere. i'm saying you don't have to pick up poop here. The end of the property line outback connect to rails to trails.
