Fantastic, open area with plenty of room for sniffing and running around. Fairly quiet - you can hear goats in the distance, and sometimes larger vehicles pass by on the road, so pretty normal for a country farm. The play area is also fenced in well, and was very easy to access, with additional parking available right next to the entrance gate.

Derek was great! I picked a cold morning to visit so the lock was frozen, but Derek came right out to let us in. This lot was perfectly private without being uncomfortably secluded.
