Very nice yard on a quiet street with plenty of room for our dogs to run and play. The hosts were extremely kind and put out extra water for our two guzzlers. They have plenty of chairs and a table to sit at, but we went early in the morning and the dew had not yet dried on them. I definitely recommend this Sniffspot and look forward to returning!

Nice size. Secure fence. Quiet area. No distractions. Clean. Nice area for parking. They provided water in a bowl. Poop bin located by the entrance gate. Poop bags strategically tied in various places on the fence! Offered to have their dog play with mine if wanted. Would definitely go again.

Despite the hot day, the spot was cool with a nice breeze and shade. They always set out a bowl of water for the dogs and this time there were ice cubes in the water. So thoughtful.

This yard is an idyllic playspot for dogs and is relaxing for owners! It's easy to get to, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My friend and I take turns booking a date for our 2 dogs who truly enjoy their one-on-one playtime. We highly recommend it!
