It’s a great spot near the top of the hillside can see most of Williamsport and south Williamsport from here it’s a beautiful property❤️ there is a good sized fenced in area in my open back yard it’s a very nice black fence that was just installed a year ago ! We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

A huge tree was removed not too long ago. There is still chips that have to be cleaned up in the middle of the yard. Otherwise there’s chairs around a fire pit where you may relax and a huge umbrella that can give you shade. There’s is also a hammock you may enjoy! Do bring bug spray because there are some mosquitos.

We have two small dogs, a Boston terrier, and a Yorky Shih Tzu mix. Dogs can play in our fully fenced in yard come out for a little bit come out for a day! Our yard has room for zoomies!
