Make sure the area is safe and secure before letting your dog off leash. Arrive and leave on time, this is Important for safety. Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived. Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. This is a front yard of a house that sits on a dead end corner property. It’s a quiet small street with a huge forest behind the house. The front yard is fully fenced in with a 40” tall pet fence. It is wonderful for running, playing fetch and we have lots of wood sticks and small branches from the forest that my dog loves to play with. There’s a poop scooper and pail in the corner for cleanup. In the summer we provide 2 pet pools/sprinkler with clean water and can also turn on the main sprinkler system for doggies to run through and play. Lots of outdoor toys available, like balls, tugging toys etc.
