Welcome to your dream dog park! This stunning 2-acre property boasts a variety of features that both you and your furry friends will love. As you enter, you'll be greeted by dozens of trees and bushes, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day out. Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard is enclosed by a split rail fence that marks the boundary, but there are numerous gaps, so it will not stop a curious pup.

Welcome to the Chadds Ford Dog Manor! We are in a private area off of the road, perfect for energetic dogs who like to run. We have an wide open front yard and peaceful back yard with a hill for dogs that just need to get free. We are currently in works with construction of an obstacle course, please be patient. We will get it available soon. In the mean time, we have a wood chip pile for the dogs to climb. A nice sitting area on the front porch for the owners. A beautiful flower garden to admire and walk amongst. Most importantly, chemical free yard. Along the back fence of the property, you will be able to admire our neighbors polo horses, along with many other woodland animals hidden in plain sight. We provide trash cans along the drive way for disposals, a small shovel to scoop up your dogs droppings. We don't provide doggie bags, we try to minimize plastic waste. Feel free to bring your own. We have hose hookups around the property to rinse off your doggies or fill up their bowls from our whole house water filtration system. Just please be mindful to turn off the faucet before leaving. Nice size yard with pool and pond view. You may sit under the gazebo or in the lounge chairs. You may also want to swim! Be sure your dogs know how to swim and that they are aware of the drop-off at the shallow end. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture (dogs) and absolutely no smoking (humans). :) Price varies when pool is open (May to September). Pricing includes 2 adults (up to 2 children included).

Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog will be the only one so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. There is no better exercise experience for your dog(s) than having fun running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors! Our fully fenced in yard is located in Eagleville, Pa. Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️
