Welcome to the Chadds Ford Dog Manor! We are in a private area off of the road, perfect for energetic dogs who like to run. We have an wide open front yard and peaceful back yard with a hill for dogs that just need to get free. We are currently in works with construction of an obstacle course, please be patient. We will get it available soon. In the mean time, we have a wood chip pile for the dogs to climb. A nice sitting area on the front porch for the owners. A beautiful flower garden to admire and walk amongst. Most importantly, chemical free yard. Along the back fence of the property, you will be able to admire our neighbors polo horses, along with many other woodland animals hidden in plain sight. We provide trash cans along the drive way for disposals, a small shovel to scoop up your dogs droppings. We don't provide doggie bags, we try to minimize plastic waste. Feel free to bring your own. We have hose hookups around the property to rinse off your doggies or fill up their bowls from our whole house water filtration system. Just please be mindful to turn off the faucet before leaving. Welcome to your dream dog park! This stunning 2-acre property boasts a variety of features that both you and your furry friends will love. As you enter, you'll be greeted by dozens of trees and bushes, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day out. Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard is enclosed by a split rail fence that marks the boundary, but there are numerous gaps, so it will not stop a curious pup.

Want your pup to run freely in a safe place and full of love? Looking for a new space to let your dog explore and wander? Enjoy time in our yard. It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! What I love about the yard is you can pretty much see the entire area from anywhere you stand so it makes for more relaxing and less worrying when your dog is out of sight. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. There is a faucet near the table, let it run for a few seconds into the bucket to get colder and give your pup a drink. WiFi password: I Love My Dog

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

The yard is fully fenced with a 6 foot fence around the back yard area (separating from the neighbors) and a 3 foot fence on the areas facing the street. Dogs with crazy jumping ability will probably be able to get over the 3 foot section. There is ample street parking right in front of my house and a walkway up to the gate.
