Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! We would love to host you and your beloved fur babies in our very nice, fully fenced in backyard! We are located just about 20 minutes outside of downtown Chattanooga. We have a trampoline and swing set available for children to play while your dog runs free! We can offer water for your pups, as well as for you. We lost our fur baby about 2 years ago, so yours will be free to enjoy it to themselves. I do have a small dog pool I can fill up for them to use. Our larger (small) pool is not for use. I have a water bowl and there is plenty of shade, seating, and tables provided. If necessary, we will allow use of our indoor restroom. The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.
