Interior chain link yard off limits. •Mixed terrain: shady trees + sunny grass + natural smells = sniff heaven. •Water station & hose for post-play rinse (for pups who love to dig *please no digging in the grassy areas* or run in grass). •Free parking & easy access (no city-lot chaos). •Keeper-on-site (that’s me!) to oversee safety, clean up, and welcome you in if needed. •Bonus: if your dog is nervous or reactive, we offer a solo booking (just your dog) for a peaceful experience. Friendly owner note: As a certified dog trainer through the Karen Pryor Academy (also an IAABC member) I understand how important safe, calm play is. I monitor for your dog’s well-being and it is my priority. Camera surveillance on property, please take note upon entry. Whether your pup needs a zoom-around session or some quiet sniff time away from other dogs, this space is designed for fun, freedom, and comfort. 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Cocoa Florida. There are 3 areas that are all individually fenced at the back of the property. Parking is available to the east of the house. Area #1 Dogos: adjacent to the pool area and includes patio deck and seating can access from Garden area #2. Area #2 Garden: Has plants and flowers, fire pit with swing chairs and hammock, swing from tree, dig zone/ neutral zone enclosure with shade, dogo stick collection, water hose. Area # 3 Goat Zone: This area is for our livestock of goats and pigs and the largest of the 3 spaces. It is where the barn is located. Livestock will be put away so that Dogos can zoom freely. This area can be accessed from the Garden area #2 or the main Gate. The front of the property is not fenced and dogs must be on leash to access that area.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

There is another 4ft chain link area which I call the "Small yard" which is directly attached to the screen in pool area. This is how you will get into the pool. You will notice that I have "updated" one of my screen doors for ease of my dogs getting to the outside from the pool area into the small yard. There is a dog bed near the storage chest.
