Heating and air conditioning are available at an extra charge. There are indoor kennels available if you need to use them for a time out. The play yard is a fenced area 40’x80’. It is artificial turf so no mud when wet. The fencing is 6’ high. Surrounded by trees on 3 sides and a field on the third side. There are train tracks not viewable but audible nearby. If you allow your dogs into the natural pond, they will come out dirty, please feel free to use the hose to clean them. The hose is not available as long as the nights are below freezing. There are frogs and snakes and goldfish. There is a hose and a baby pool your dogs are welcome to use, only available when weather is warm .
