No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. We know that not all dogs like the public dog parks. We also, do not think they are safe due to irresponsible owners. We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Covered area with chairs and a shaded area with a picnic table for pawrents. Toys and bags available for use as needed! Water is available so please keep your pet hydrated!

Beautiful backyard for furbabies to play in! The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. The backyard has direct sunlight until around 1 pm. There is plenty of shade later in the afternoon to keep your furbabies out of direct sunlight in hot summer days.

Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!

We do have an area to set up a hammock We personally have 7 dogs and a cat, so willing to work with specific requests depending on what it is.
