This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

The fenced yard is u-shaped and is a grassy hill, with flat spots on the top and bottom, just about an acre at this point. Our entire yard is about 3.5 acres and may be used, details under this. Great terrain to help your dog build some muscle or play fetch on for high energy dogs. Nice tree cover in the summer, and I’ll put out a couple chair swings under our shade tree - or bring a hammock, we have a couple trees perfect for it! We have an almost constant breeze that keeps the bugs away and the temperature comfortable. Wi-fi is available in most of the yard if you need it and there is electrical on the porch. We also have a small creek, flat grassy area and wooded area outside of the fence that you can use. The creek is spring fed and clean and the woods are on a hill. Great fun to walk around in. Please only use this if your dog is on a leash or 100% recall. We do have deer and other wildlife that visit. I’ll have a few long lines if you would like to use them. Hose for rinsing off or filling the play pool provided. Water for dogs and poop bags and trash can will be by the porch. We treat the fenced yard a couple times a year for fleas/ticks/bugs. And will be expanding the fencing this fall to include another 1/2 acre or more and by spring hope to have the entire 3.5 acres fenced.

Welcome to our farm retreat, just minutes from historic Gettysburg! 🌾 Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, adjacent to Oakside Community Park, provides a serene and private haven for your furry friends to explore, sniff, and play. We respect our guests' privacy, so if we're home, we'll stay inside and out of your way! When we're around, we'll ensure fresh water is ready for your pup! We also provide waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. We do our best to keep the pastures clean for each guest, and we appreciate your help in maintaining this by cleaning up after your pets. Your feedback is invaluable to us, so please feel free to share any suggestions or ideas you may have.

We live on a dead end street with a plenty of street parking available. There is a private gate for you to enter on the right hand side of the house. The entire back yard is fenced in and secluded. You may even see a deer in the wooded lot next to us. There is a water hose to provide drinking water & bowls. Trash cans to dispose of waste. Tables and chairs - even lounge chairs to get a tan in the summer! We ask please pick up after your dog & be respectful of the property. Any questions feel free to message us!

Nice size yard with pool and pond view. You may sit under the gazebo or in the lounge chairs. You may also want to swim! Be sure your dogs know how to swim and that they are aware of the drop-off at the shallow end. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture (dogs) and absolutely no smoking (humans). :) Price varies when pool is open (May to September). Pricing includes 2 adults (up to 2 children included).

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions!
