55We had a great time at this beautiful property! Several trails to walk. Doing a couple loops we got 2.8 miles in. There’s also a nice pond your dogs can swim in, although mine is not a swimmer. The farm animals are far enough away from the parking and trail that my dog didn’t have an issue with them, but I kept her on leash until we were up the hill and away from them. 55We used this spot as a place for pur aussie border collie mix to run around off leash on our long road trip and it was fantastic. He got some nice sprints and some good sniffing. Make sure to leash your dog from the car to beginning of trail as there are chickens walking around by the parking lot. Sam D.

I was driving cross country with dogs in tow and am always looking for places they can run off leash. This was my second sniffspotting experience and it did not disappoint! Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating and their place is beautiful. Big fields for the dogs to open it up and run. We didn’t have time to explore all the trails in the woods they have cut but hope to be back next time we pass through!

Tawnya was an absolutely wonderful host! We were running quite a bit late due to being on a road trip full MA, and Tawnya was very understanding and communicative!
I had mentioned having a pup that may not do so well around farm animals and Tawnya met us outside with dog treats for our pack, and introduced us to their super nice goats! They gave us a thorough walkthrough of where to hike and what we can find on the grounds!
Such a beautiful set of trails! I wish we had more time to explore everything!! What a great place to take you pups off leash and let them explore on well marked and open paths, and tons of running space! The farm animals were very dog conscious as well and made their own way back into their pens when we were making our way back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
