Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) WATER: We provide fresh water every 24hrs located in watering cans on the bench. PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, so we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.

Enjoy a fully fenced in yard with your doggos with lots of room to hit full speed! At the front of the property, fences are about 3 foot high with the others reaching 4-6 feet. We purchased the house with a large property for our senior dog and our future ones. Unfortunately, we lost him a few months ago and would like to open it up for others to enjoy! We currently have no dogs.

Planet Paws playground is part of our canine enrichment center. It’s a unique venue designed specifically to provide your dog with opportunities to work their brains, gain confidence, experience different surfaces and enjoy a nice swim in our swimming pool. ***** NOTE : Effective July 8th our spot will have a new rate, the demand has been so high that we had to hire someone to make sure the spot is up to our standards each time before a visitor comes in. We also had to upgrade the filter in order to be able to maintain a crystal clear water with the less amount of chemicals as possible. Should you have a reservation on the calendar after July 8th and Sniffspot honors your current rate we will honor that as well. The back yard of my property is fully enclosed with minimum 5ft cedar fencing. Easy gated entry off the large parking pad. Please note: -There is a swimming pool but generally guests do not use it unless specifically cleared with me. -sprinkler may be available for use on hot days -I have 4 pet chickens that will be contained in a secure coop/run; guests are welcome to say “hello” to them, but please do not to enter the enclosure/shed/coop. Absolutely NO DOGS in the run or coop at any time, failure to adhere to policy will result in you being asked to leave immediately. Adirondack chairs and seating area with shade sail pergola available for your enjoyment. There is also a forest preserve area at the end of my street that backs up to the Dupage River; it is not enclosed in any way, but free to the public if you would like to go down to the river.

Our house is located at the back of a cul-de-sac with parking either in the driveway or along the cul-de-sac. Our backyard is fully fenced and almost entirely private from our neighbors due to the trees around our property line. About .5 an acre of grass. Plenty of seating options for the humans. I own my own All-Natural Pet Store so there will always be healthy treats available for the dogs as well as a water bowl and poop bags or a pooper-scooper to utilize!
