This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Close to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 40 between Frederick and Hagerstown. Rural, rustic, partially wooded, farm field like setting. Deer trails and a hill. Creek access. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys may be spotted in addition to a panoramic view of the cattle field across the road. Please pack in water and food and pack out any garbage. Bring camp chairs, if you plan an extended visit. Available dawn to dusk, no lighting. you have Verizon and AT&T, you should have access to phone and tablet capabilities. Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, large front porch, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. Our fenced in area is VERY bright when it gets dark. We have 4 floodlights on the side of the house, string lights & valance on the front porch, and a LED valance on the back porch. We also have LED motion sensing lights on the fence posts throughout the yard. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! Small fenced in yard a separate 3 acre field and forest, also now fully fenced in! Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

Our spot is the best of both worlds. We have a 1/4 acre fenced in with a hammock, outdoor couch and trampoline (dog friendly of course), inside of the fenced area there is a water house with water bowl! This fence is also small dog friendly with zero escape points. Our larger area which is partially fenced in the back is surrounded by 60 acres of forest and corn fields. One acre is maintained for great viability and the other has tall grass for your pups that love frolicking! You can find a large sitting area with tons shade, a tree swing, a picnic area, pool which can be used for small to medium dogs (under 30lbs) and fire pit area that is available to use! You will also find sprinklers, a hose and water bowl for use as well and of course tons of amazing smells and lots of wildlife. We also have a peach tree, wild strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that when in season is available for picking as well! The best part, none of the neighbors have dogs! So if your pup needs extra peace and quiet or just has a hard time with other animals, this is your place! If you have any questions or need anything please feel free to reach out.
