We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. The wifi works well here too, well enough to live-stream.

Our home is located on the top of Bush Hill. We do not have a fenced in yard but have just over 6 aches for your pet to run around on. We also have a pond (currently frozen over). We have a large fence across the front of the property to protect from the road, but not closed, pets can still run free into road by running around fence.

My husband has taken it upon himself to mow out a trail that goes along the side of our half of the property.it is not fenced in but if your pup is off lead trained feel free to let them run .we also have a part of Feild that is not mowed but for the off lead trained pups it's a great spot to let them run ! If they are not off lead trained still an amazing spot to go for a walk on a private trail with out worrying of being over crowded .our 5 pups absolutely love it out there . Our back yard features a covered pergola, a table/ chairs/ Loungers, a sandbox with trucks for kids, hose and kiddie pool access, WiFi and an electric outlet. In the front there is a covered porch you may relax on as well. Our yard is against the 219 so as long as you do not mind a little traffic noise, it is nice to have privacy with no neighbors behind the home.

Nice big fenced in yard with covered area for the humans. Off street parking. Nice quiet neighborhood.
