Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Go a stone's throw further and turn at the American Flag. A red and white house sits in front of our home. Please use the rv spot pictured for parking. This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

My spot has a swimming pool and pond we kindly ask that your pups do not take a dip in the pool. We love all kinds of animals and have two cats and a dog of our own. There is a garbage under the deck, I’ll put out fresh water for your pup as well. We have a fully fenced in secure yard that’s perfect for fetch, training sessions and general doggy exercise!

Great suburban space with beautifully manicured lawn & comfortable seating available for humans. Depending on time of day, lawn usually has both some sunny & shady spots. Our dog loves the yard, but he will be safely inside or out with us so as not to disturb visitors.

I have fenced in area with sitting bench. My yard gets mosquitoe joe sprays for ticks. Gravel area next to fenced in spot that is grass free. Back and side of the house hase huge open yard with picnic table. Great for distance run and throwing ball.
