Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport and at the well. Fence: The fence is 3 feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. Our Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever have not tried to jump it. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: The property around the home has never been graded so it is hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. Water: You have access to our well and water bowls.

The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. Do not be fooled by the name; anyone from anywhere is welcome! This spot is named in honor of my hometown, but is not exclusive to only those residents. Spot details: 30' L x 20' W chain-link fenced lot, so it is ideal for small to medium-sized dogs. The spot is grassed, features a kiddie pool, a shaded corner, a Doggie Paddle Water Fountain, a non-tipping water bowl, and a natural stump for "King of the Stump" play! Human counterparts also have 2 chairs outside the fence and 2 inside the fence for toe dipping in the pool on hot days, 2 adjustable umbrellas, a table, and a box with dog towels, toys, and other finds! Parking accommodates 2 vehicles.

**The pool is closed for the season.** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself.
