Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Ellensburg, Washington

This is a wonderful spot to run your dogs, and swim them if you/they wish! Beautiful setting, lots of space, and very well fenced and organized. Host was very helpful with information. Our dogs had a glorious time!

Clear directions. Beautiful spot. Laurie came out to greet me as it was my first visit and gave me the lay of the land; much appreciated. My dogs (even the rain weenie) had so much fun running and running in the pasture and occasionally slowing down to smell the things. Great sniff spot.

This is a fantastic SniffSpot! Lots of room to run and play in the yard and in the paddocks. The ponds are nice to wade in or stop for a drink. Easy to find and access.

What an amazing spot for pups and people to enjoy. It's a tranquil country setting that is just perfect. Even though it was a bit muddy from the rain, if you wear your boots and bring some dog towels, it is still a great place to run even in the wet. I am excited to visit again when it's warmer. Thanks, Laurie, for allowing us access to your private haven. So much fun.

It's like Disneyland for dogs! my two pups had a blast! Between running full blast thru the pastures, chasing birds, sniffing all the smells, and playing fetch they were they were in heaven. Thank you, Laurie, for the great instructions and a perfectly wonderful space!

First time at this lovely dog oasis. Laurie is a gracious host, the grounds are fully fenced with several horse pastures and ponds to play in. We will be booking again in the near future.

Our host was very accommodating and met us at the gate. She explained all the areas that we can be and cannot be. Unfortunately my dogs have a high prey drive and the main gate is not fully fenced out so I was unable to let the dogs completely off leash. I was worried one of my dogs would leave the property that we were in through the front gate and get lost in the rest of the 10 acres surrounding the location as it is simply a cattle gate that any dog could fit through. It was dumping rain so playing in the water was not an option. If you have a dog with high prey drive or poor recall, it may not be the best spot for off leash fun but next time I return I will utilize long lines and come back on a sunny day. It is a great place for training around Ducks, water, horses, recall practice and a beautiful and Serene environment to hang out in with your pooch on a sunny day. It is also a wonderful environment for a leashed sniff walk for highly reactive dogs or dogs who are convalescing, leash restrictions or seniors. There were no other humans or dogs present. Or for learning how to swim when the weather is nice.

Another incredible visit to the ranch today! Even after the recent rains, my Dane and her English Mastiff BFF had great fun. So much room to run in the paddocks, and the humans greatly enjoy the serenity of the ranch and knowing our dogs are safe and secure.

Such a beautiful property, especially on this lovely spring day. My dog loves it here and has plenty of room to run and explore, safely and privately. One of our favorite Sniffspots! Highly recommended for reactive dogs.

What an absolutely beautiful place! It is like something out of a storybook. This place honestly was as much of a joy for us humans as it was for the dogs! The dogs had a blast running in the pastures and swimming in the pond. Laurie was super warm and inviting. She has chairs thoughtfully placed throughout the sniff spot so we were able to relax a bit as well. I booked an hour and I think next time will end up booking it for two hours because my dogs were enjoying every minute of it! Can’t wait to come back here with the pups!

Wow! Happy happy joy joy! Our young Dobie girl couldn't get enough of this heaven on earth! The water feature kept her engaged and excited the whole time, leaving her tired and satisfied :)

OMG!! I wish I had known about this spot before my big reactive boxer boy died. He would have loved all the water and pastures to roam without people, other animals and dogs. Izzy and I had an absolute blast. She played all over with MeMe and I got to socialize and enjoy the beautiful relaxing view. This will be my permanent "borrowed" play yard!!! 😁

This was amazing! It is rare to find a place with both water and acreage so we were thrilled with this spot. There was so much space in each of the fences pastures for our dog to run around and play fetch. The pond was also perfect since he loves swimming. Our extremely energetic German Shepherd is definitely tired now which can be hard to accomplish. Thank you for letting us use your property!

I feel like the weight of the world lifts off my shoulders as soon as we get to this beautiful spot. The dogs love playing chase in the pastures and go home happy and tired. Laurie is a great communicator and makes sure we have everything we need.

We had a great time! The dogs ran around in the different pastures and tired themselves out. The property is beautiful and great for dogs that just need space to do zoomies or play fetch. The outside of the property is fully fenced and has the mesh fencing so doggies don't slip out, which means if your dog sees a trigger, they can't really escape and gives you time to go get them. We didn't see any animals or dogs and mine didn't care about the ducks in the pond (they'll take off on their own anyway!). We stayed in the lower pastures because my dog can be a little iffy if horses get too close and I didn't want him to cause any horseback riders to fall off if any walked by. The summer months will be great for a picnic and I'm sure lots of lush green grass for the dogs to roll in!
