Come, take a walk through my yard, into the woods and down a slope to get to Cazenovia Creek. While down by the creek, you will most likely not encounter another human being. The piece of creek is bordered by Northrup, Transit and the bridge on Southwestern Boulevard. Feel free to explore through the woods in solitude, it is a 10 minute walk down to the creek. I have an unfenced yard, so please have your furry friend on a leash if they are not leash trained. Once you get into the woods, you are more than welcome to go off leash. This is definitely a walk for boots or hikers. If it has been raining, the trail down will be muddy. The walk to the slope is wooded with many obstacles but definitely walkable ducking here and there under a branch.

Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. The wifi works well here too, well enough to live-stream.

We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

My husband has taken it upon himself to mow out a trail that goes along the side of our half of the property.it is not fenced in but if your pup is off lead trained feel free to let them run .we also have a part of Feild that is not mowed but for the off lead trained pups it's a great spot to let them run ! If they are not off lead trained still an amazing spot to go for a walk on a private trail with out worrying of being over crowded .our 5 pups absolutely love it out there . There is one spot in the driveway to park or park on the opposite side of the street. No need to scoop your dogs poop. I can do that after you leave. Let me know if you have any questions. I have two corgis that you will see at the window when you arrive but the backyard is private from them and they can’t see you in the yard. Once you arrive in the backyard, it is concrete until the end of the gazebo and shed area. a nice breeze from the maple tree in the yard
