Flat dry 1 1/2 to 2 acre field. Some of the grass is tall, some is cut short. In the early mornings and evenings deer can be spotted in the field. A steep dense wooded hill borders one side of the field and a grass and tree covered hill that borders the road is on the other side. THERE IS NO FENCE. There is a fence with a gate to separate the front yard from the back yard, I would like if the dogs need to be separated 2 in the front yard and 2 in the back yard or all 4 can roam both yards if they all get along!

Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. Hello! We would like to invite you to our backyard! We love to run around and play freely within our fence. Our favorite thing to do is roll around and wrestle in the grass. We hope you enjoy our yard! 🐾🐾 P.S. There may be some of our toys lying around to use also. Just please leave them when you are done.

We have 10 acres of land on our farm that we want to essentially make usable to people with dogs to really be able to run around and play fetch with or whatever your dog is into. Part of the property lower section has a creek if your dog wanted to get a drink or play in it. Welcome to bring a friend and their dog to play with them and can split the hourly cost. The outside is fully fenced, but up at the top where one tree line is located no longer has fencing since we sold our cows and opened it up for tractors and equipment access. If your dog isn't trained to come when called and would potentially run away, wouldn't recommend. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife may be present pending upon time of day.
