A great stop for everything! Fenced in freedom and enough space for even the border collie to RUN, playing with toys, some woods time and LOTS of swimming with natural barriers so easy for privacy and off leash, and even a little agility practice!

we used to come here before Helene, so happy it's back open!! the field is back to normal, and the path to Cane Creek is cleared. the pups had a great time!!

We love this spot! The field recovered very well from the flood and the owners even added some new doggie toys and features. It is large, open, clear, and very private with no other dogs or humans in sight. The short trail to the river is a great spot to work on heel and recall. Thank you for providing these awesome play spots for us!

just an fyi there are several big 'puddles' of standing water and field is 'muddier' after the rain this weekend. if you have a pup like me that will instantly find said puddles and roll around, it's quite the messy problem. towards the back of the field is much better than the middle.

Such a nice spot! Huge, so it would be perfect for any fetch obsessed pup or a multi-dog play date. Path down to the creek is clear, albeit muddy. My one concern would be the minimal cell service while being in a rather isolated area. I had to ask a man to leave when I arrived but it was otherwise perfect for reactive dogs or humans who don’t like to people. :)

Wasn’t too muddy despite the recent rain. Dogs had fun running free where we could see them the entire time. Also, a good option if you want to run. It’s about 3 football fields of flat ground. We look forward to checking out the “beach” as it warms up!

After the hurricane the river and wooded section looks so different and it really opened up the river. It was super pretty and peaceful and the field was mowed and clean. It's a rocky bank by the river so be sure to wear shoes with good grip but it was so nice and my pup had a blast. I would bring your own toys as there aren't many options, they're worn or broken however each pup is different and you'd know your pup best. This is my second time coming here and it's been a great experience both times I intend to come back again.
