Thank you to everyone who has spent time at our Sniffspot! It has been an absolute joy hosting you and your dogs. Unfortunately, December will be the last month that we will be available, though we hope to open back up later in the Spring. Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. There is a lovely, gator-free pond for your dogs to enjoy and 2.5 acres of fenced in land to run and explore.

Hi everyone, our yard is a fully fenced in 2.7 acres that has a pool and sand pit that can be used. The yard consists of about half grass and half a paved path/driveway, so there is plenty of space for your pets to run around. We also own another 4 acres behind us that is unfenced, which can be used if needed. If needed a bathroom inside the home can be used as we do not have an outdoor restroom. We also will provide cool waters, treats, towels, and baggies for those that would like to visit!

Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of trees, rope swing and shaded seating. Horses, pig, chickens and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. Doggy wash station with hose provided. Towels, soap, bug spray and sun screen provided!

We celebrated my labradoodle Rio’s birthday at this private dog park, and it was perfect! The large, fully fenced space gave him plenty of room to run and play safely, and he even went in the water—a rare treat for him! The park is clean, well-maintained, and ideal for off leash dogs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a secure, spacious, and fun spot for their pups!

I can’t recommend this Sniffspot enough! The space was thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need—a hose for rinsing off the dog, a water feature for play, and plenty of enrichment to keep pups engaged and happy. There was even a lovely spot to sit and relax while my dog explored. Erin, the host, was incredibly kind and an excellent communicator, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. My dog and I will definitely be back!

Great spot just NE of RSW. All as promised as on the description. Very clean, large ample areas of short grass/vegetation to romp around on & areas with mid-morning shade. Nice deck with tables & chairs, shade and pond. Fresh clean drinking water & bowl available. We’ll be back🐾

Great place! Brought my two girls here and they enjoyed running and playing. Though I didn't use them, I appreciated the extra doggie poop bags, bug spray, dog toys, chairs/table. The area is nice and clean. Really love the alligator-free lake too! Thank you for sharing this with us!

This is a FABULOUS sniff spot. It's clean and spacious with shade and a beautiful swimming hole. There is shade, even a sitting area on a covered dock with water for the pups! The fencing is very good though there is a gate at the very back left of the field that has lateral iron bars but I didn't think it had wire between them like all else did. I'll check my next visit because I certainly hope to return!

My dogs had so much fun!! There was so much to sniff. There was a pond with geese, horses, squirrels and chickens. They had the whole place to themselves for an hour. There were worn out. Angie the host was so inviting and kind. She really loves animals. Will definitely come back. Water, poo poo bags and water for hoomans is provided too!

Happy Dog Ranch is exactly what we've been looking for. The pastures are beautiful and wide open spaces, perfect for long fetch and a full out run. The farm sounds and smells were exciting for my pups and a refreshing change from the daily grind. I DEFINITELY recommend HD Ranch and will be returning soon.
