We live on about .8 acres, with about half of that being in our backyard. It is fenced in, but please note it is an older wooden fence. Small dogs may be able to squeeze through the bottom. Our dogs live here as well, but will be inside our home during your visit.

My backyard is totally fenced with plenty of running space for dog’s to have fun. We also have a totally fenced in salt water pool that will be closed off during visits , unless you want to rent out that space as well for an additional $100.00 per hour!

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Fully fenced in private yard with short grass, perfect for your pups to play fetch in. Two XL cooling dog beds, one with sunshade. Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. 10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field!
