I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

We also provide waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! 20 acre Island for full run of natural land, in the middle of Licking Creek. Island has a few mowed areas and trails. Great spot to do some training or enjoy some off leash time with your pup. Must keep dog leashed until you ford, on foot, to the Island. Water in creek is usually 8” - 6’+ Summer flow. Off street parking. Location is right next to Camp Harding park, which has restrooms, grills, play equipment and pavilions:)

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions!
