The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

If they are not off lead trained still an amazing spot to go for a walk on a private trail with out worrying of being over crowded .our 5 pups absolutely love it out there . There is one spot in the driveway to park or park on the opposite side of the street. No need to scoop your dogs poop. I can do that after you leave. Let me know if you have any questions. I have two corgis that you will see at the window when you arrive but the backyard is private from them and they can’t see you in the yard. Once you arrive in the backyard, it is concrete until the end of the gazebo and shed area. a nice breeze from the maple tree in the yard
