This non-lot sits in a quiet neighborhood in Gulfport. A small 525 square-foot home is on the property. The property is 50 x 130’. Both the backyard and front yard or fenced in. The backyard has 3/4 of it fenced in 6 foot vinyl fencing. There’s also some chain-link and wooden panels. The front yard is also available and is surrounded by 3 foot to 6 foot tall wooden sections. There is a hose with water access. Patio chairs, and a table. Access to electrical outlets and Wi-Fi.

The fence is on the shorter side and it does face the street (which is usually very quiet) so just be careful if your pup is a jumper!

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. Self-service hose with sprayer, sprinkler to run in, and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Crazy Dog Lady with a beautiful backyard perfect for your pups to play while you relax in a tropical oasis. 🌴 All plants are pet-safe and I run a home-based pet sitting business inside my house (my dogs will never be outside while you are enjoying the yard). The yard is available for your use and enjoyment! The entire yard is mulch (not grass) and there is a huge driveway space inside the fenced yard as well for the dogs to run. 🚗 On-street parking. Use side gate to enter to the right of the driveway. Outdoor shower, hose, water bowl, and poop scooper available.

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

Organic plant nursery. We have two very friendly dogs but will only let them out with permission. We are by appointment only; we cannot host guests when customers are here. Make sure your dog doesn’t bull doze any potted plants 😄 We get pretty muddy during rainy season but we have a hose to rinse off your pup.

11/9/2024 Thank you for being so patient with us as we continued our storm cleanup. We are grateful for the opportunity to open our yard, once again, to you all. A few things have been rearranged and the play set is currently out of order, but other than that, you still have great shade all day and plenty of space for your baby(ies) to run and explore. Plenty of amenities for your pup and more seating coming soon. As always, have lots of fun and please be safe 😊 Welcome to our backyard!! Plenty of space to run and a tug rope to play. Dig in the pool to release for tons of excitement and to release some energy. We offer a few extras such as lemonade and a grill to add to the vibe. Either way, there is something for your dog to do. We also have plenty of shade and seating for you. The hammock is available upon request. We have amazing shade all day. Early mornings are beautiful and the evenings are quiet. Hope my spot gives your doggo plenty to sniff 😊 Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. I have a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for zoomies, fetch & getting out excess energy. I also have dogs who can join in the playtime if desired. Or, they will happily lounge inside in the Air Conditioning… That is completely up to you & your pooch! We are an extremely dog friendly house and will do whatever we can to give your pup a fun and comfortable time. We also work from home so our calendar is pretty flexible!

We have 4 dogs of our own! One of our girls is very reactive so we had to stop going out to dog parks and stores. It was hard to get her enrichment in while we were in an apartment. We finally got our dogs a huge back yard! And they want to share it with your pups! They love to chase eachother around and play in the sprinkler!! I'm looking to add more amenities soon but will provide cold water, seating, and a covered porch for the humans.
