Our first Sniffspot experience!! Brought my reactive dog here while staying at my sisters, gave him a great place to run off leash and get some awesome run time and go potty! He doesn’t poop on leash and I was nervous about staying away from home when he wouldn’t be able to go for a couple days. This gave us a safe space for that, he got the zoomies and got so many sniffs in that he slept well! I LOVE the tall sturdy fence! Perfect for my big newfy lab mix!

If you need a well maintained area for your dog to run this is the place. Since the terrain is even & level it makes it conducive for training and running. Thank you for allowing us to spend time with our GSD here - he loved it!

As usual this spot is clean and is fully fenced for safety. My girl knows when we are near, even when we won’t be stopping. Lots of whimpering and whining and when that doesn’t work she barks until long out of sight. I’m thinking she loves it!

This is an amazing spot to take your dog. Bear is reactive and fearful of things he hasn't been exposed to before (kids, people wearing hats, swings, etc.) and he also has leash reactivity to other dogs and a high prey drive so he likes to chase cats and small animals. The fence was secure and the lot is a great spot to let your dog run around off leash with minimal distraction. We saw a few dogs walking far away on the sidewalk, but we managed Bear well and he didn't react to them. We met my sister and her dog there and they did great walking around the lot and sniffing. There's lots of supplies for the dogs like water dishes, toys, balls, etc.

Very clean, simple and great spot. Fence is secure - my dog is an expert escapee and he tested the entirety of the bottom of the fence and could not get under anywhere, eventually gave up trying to escape and had fun.

This spot was wonderful again! My dog is reactive to other dogs and this gives me a way of bringing him to my sisters and giving him some time outside where he doesn’t have to worry about other dogs. He did quite a bit of barking at people going in and out of the restaurant next door, but we saw no dogs! We park along the gate and have easy access in and out without seeing triggers. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the yard in spots - but that’s no fault of the sniffspot that would be people not cleaning up after their dogs. We will definitely be back!

Nice flat yard, with secure fencing all around. My dog is reactive to other dogs, so it was nice that there were no other dogs that could be seen in the area, while we were there. Our visit was on a Sunday, early evening. The road noise was a little loud at times, which made my dog a little nervous, but he settled down the longer we stayed. This was his first time off leash in a few years. It was such a pleasure to have a safe spot for him to enjoy some unrestrained outdoor time. We plan on visiting this spot again.

Open, clean and grassy play area. Lawn was mowed and fence was fully enclosed with no gaps. A nice area to throw around a ball and burn off energy!

This spot is fantastic! Our boys loved every minute. The fencing is just as described (no gaps and very tall). We heard very little noise from any direction while we were there in the evening. Will definitely be back soon!
