Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

Gus' Garden is a spacious yard with around 3,600 square feet of green grass and flowers. Feel free to use the seating provided as your pup sniffs and plays. Plenty of shade and sun for your pup to run! Just make sure you dispose of any waste your pet may produce and close the gate all the way when you leave!

I apologize for all of the blocks in October, lots of work trips! The spot is clean and mowed! It is fairly flat and open, other than a little tree and fire pit! There will be a basket of toys for your little ones. I will provide poop bags, trash, water and a water bowl as well! Spot will be unavailable on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to working schedules. Because of the changing weather the sprinklers are put away for the season!

I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎

We are located in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, private, fenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. Our main "Pond SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY OPEN and available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Our "Alternate SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY CLOSED, and only made available when our "Pond SniffSpot" is closed. It's a fully fenced 1 acre pasture. It's very private, and generally more "woody" than the Pond Sniffspot, containing trees, fields, and mowed trails (but no pond). See photo captions. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, refreshments, and other amenities are available. Complimentary dog treats! Check out our available "Extras" too! We hope you have fun and come back! Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Your dogs are welcome to get in any of the current ponds during construction 🦺

Hi! Im Vergie. I have 2 dogs. I wanted to help others that don’t have yards or have reactive dogs, like mine. I have a private driveway that makes it easy to park and leash your puppers!
