CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.

Please add the extra "Ultimate Bark & Swim" if you want to swim with your pup. (Limit 2 people, limit 3 dogs. If you will be bringing 4 or more dogs, please be aware there is an "extra" that will need to be purchased due to an additional charge for upkeep in the pool. For every in person visit, I will budget 30 minutes of land clearing and amenity creation. For every friend group that visits, I will budget 1 hour of pond building and stream reclamation. Complete with a pergola, furniture to sit on and kick your feet up specidically for our pet parents to sit under and relax with a cold water or cup of hot chocolate on cold days, or connect to our wifi and get some work done(provided with your admission), outdoor games (cornhole, connect 4) and doggie toys.
