mallard may only be 1.5 acres but it is a diverse 1.5 acres. about half the property is wooded, there's a stream, I have a small pond but it's overgrown right now. my yard is big and muddy so I probably won't even notice any extra dog poop unless I somehow get a lot of traffic which I doubt being in the middle of nowhere. i'm saying you don't have to pick up poop here. The end of the property line outback connect to rails to trails.

Welcome to our sniff spot here in Altoona! Our sniff spot offers a shaded patio with seats, a porch swing, a cooler for drinks, table and dog toys available! We have roughly 2,500sqft for your doggers to enjoy that is fully fenced! We do have a neighbor that has two of her own dogs that can be heard and sometimes visible, as well as three of our own dogs that could be heard, but not visible in our home. Just added in an additional concrete pad and hot tub hence the hay. We ask to respect the patio and take all garbage with you as well as not opening or using the garage or hot tub. The TV is available for use but requires users to be familiar with Chromecast. Wi-Fi provided if requested. Toys, bowls, water and poop bags in the shed to the left of the hot tub.

Five acres of open grassy area of an 11 acre hobbyfarm. Mostly mowed to lawn but about an acre is taller for hay that can be explored. Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

Come enjoy our lovely fenced in yard! Whether looking for some one-on-one time to train your pet or simply need some time outside for fresh air and exercise, our yard is perfect. We offer leashes, no-pull harnesses, slow feeders, toys, training treats, and lots of other items to assist with training. With plenty of amenities for you and your companion to enjoy the day outside, I can assure you will never be bored. If your dog likes water, they will go crazy over our new kiddie pool and doggy splash pad with a sprinkler for them to run and play in! Our yard is kept nice and clean for our guests and overall very well maintained. Come relax, read a book, or enjoy quiet time with a nice coffee on our gated/covered porch. Feel free to use any items on the porch for you or your dog such as: hose, beds, dog bowls, chairs, table, speakers, coolers, outlets, or chargers.
